Honestly Loved Studio ("we", "us") publishes Big Day Wedding Planner, available at bigdayweddingplanner.com. We're based in Morocco. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@honestlyloved.com.

2. What We Collect

The only information we collect through this website is what you give us when you request our free Wedding Planning Starter Checklist: your email address and the date and time you signed up. We also temporarily record a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, only to prevent spam submissions — this is never linked to your email address and expires automatically within an hour.

3. What We Don't Collect

We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind on this website. We don't require an account to use our product. We don't collect or store payment information — see "How Purchases Work" below.

4. How We Use Your Information

If you sign up for the free checklist, we use your email address for one purpose: sending you the checklist PDF. We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone else, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep your email on file for as long as our checklist signup list exists, so we don't send you the same thing twice by mistake. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

6. How Purchases Work

Big Day Wedding Planner is sold through our own shop and through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy. Whichever platform or payment processor you buy through handles your payment and order information — we never see or store your card details ourselves. If you buy through a marketplace like Etsy, that marketplace's own privacy policy governs its part of the process (for Etsy, see their Privacy Policy).

7. Your Rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@honestlyloved.com. If you're in the European Union or United Kingdom, this includes the rights guaranteed to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR. We handle these requests manually and will respond as quickly as we can.

8. Where We're Based

Honestly Loved Studio operates from Morocco. Wherever you're contacting us from, this policy and Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08) apply to how we handle your information, alongside any additional rights your local law gives you.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
