1. The Product

Big Day Wedding Planner is a digital, browser-based wedding planning application, sold in four editions: Classic, Classic Pride, Premium, and Premium Pride. It is published by Honestly Loved Studio.

2. How to Buy

Big Day Wedding Planner is available through our own shop and through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy. If you buy through a marketplace, that platform's own terms of use govern the purchase transaction itself; these Terms of Sale cover our product and how you're allowed to use it, regardless of where you bought it.

3. Delivery

After your purchase, you'll receive an access link and a one-time access code by email. No account or app-store download is required — open the link in any browser.

4. License to Use

When you buy an edition, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for planning your own wedding. You and your partner may both use the same access code and share your data file between yourselves. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the planner, its templates, or its content — in whole or in part — to anyone outside your household. All software, design, and templates that make up the planner remain the property of Honestly Loved Studio; this license gives you the right to use the product, not any ownership over it.

5. Your Data & Backups

Big Day Wedding Planner stores your plans locally in your browser — we don't keep a copy on our servers. This means you're responsible for backing up your own data using the Export feature in Settings. We aren't liable for data lost because your browser data was cleared, you used a private/incognito window, you lost or replaced your device, or you didn't keep a recent export. We give you clear backup instructions in your Welcome Guide and reminders inside the app, but keeping a current export is on you.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: because this is an instant-delivery digital product, sales are final once your access link is delivered, with case-by-case exceptions for genuine technical defects.

7. Changes to the Product

We may update, improve, or change features of the planner over time. We'll always aim to keep the core experience you purchased intact.

8. Changes to These Terms

If we update these Terms of Sale, we'll revise this page and update the "Last updated" date above. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase are the ones that govern it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, where Honestly Loved Studio is based.
