1. Our Policy

Big Day Wedding Planner is an instant-access digital product. Because your access link and code are delivered immediately after purchase, we don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once delivery has happened.

2. Exceptions

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something is genuinely broken on our end — for example, your access link doesn't work and we can't fix it, or the product doesn't match its description — email us at support@honestlyloved.com and we'll sort it out on a case-by-case basis.

3. Purchases Through Other Platforms

If you bought through a third-party marketplace, that platform's own buyer protections and policies may also apply to your order, separately from this policy. Check the platform you purchased through for details.
